The current CEO, Vittorio Colao, has resigned, though he will continue with the Companyuntil September 30, 2018. On October first, Nick Read, current Chief Financial Officer,will assume the role of CEO while Margherita Della Valle, currently Deputy Chief Financial Officer, will suceed Mr. Read as CFO.
