2016 and 2017 remuneration for the CEO are clearly imperfect: there is no performance targets disclosed for any of the plans and for STI and LTI. This is even more problematic, due to the fact that 92% of STI have been granted in 2016, although performance indicators clearly decreased during this period.

ECGS note that independence rate (33%) is not satisfactory. Accordingly, we will not support most of re-elections.
