Spok Holdings

Spok Holdings is a provider of paging services and selected software solutions. The company provides subscriptions to one-way or two-way messaging services for a periodic (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual) service fee. Subscribers either contract for a messaging device from the company for an additional fixed monthly fee or they own a device, having purchased it either from the company or from another vendor. In addition, the company provides ancillary services, such as voicemail and equipment loss or maintenance protection and a number of software solutions that are used for contact centers, clinical alerting and notification, mobile communications and messaging, and for public safety notifications.
